Custom Logo Services
We can add your company logo directly onto our walkers, ankle braces, night splints, etc.

Shipping
Orders received by 3pm Eastern Time will usually ship the same day.
Special orders (custom logo/packaging) may ship the following business
day.
Unless special shipping is specified, all orders will ship UPS Ground.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare instance a product is delayed, our customer service team will contact you.
Products immediately available will ship to you and the remaining items will be shipped out as soon as possible.
Past Due Accounts
Past due invoices are subject to a 20% late fee and your account will be placed on “Do Not Ship” status pending receipt of payment.
Returns
Our goal is to provide superior customer service on top of the line products. We understand that things happen and you may need to return a product.
